Website Service Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the working arrangement for website requests submitted through Molan Business to Zakmolanitech Solutions Company (“the service provider”). Submitting a request means you have read these terms and are authorised to provide the information and materials you submit.
1. Website brief and customer information
Provide a short description of the website you want, how it should look and feel, your business name, public contacts, business location or service area, preferred domain (for example, www.yourbusinessname.com), and all information you want published. You may type the details or submit a voice note. Review every detail before submitting. The customer is responsible for ensuring public information is accurate and for correcting outdated contact details.
Only provide information that you are authorised to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, private customer records or other sensitive information in a website brief or voice note. Voice notes are stored privately and should be accessed only by authorised workspace members.
2. Package scope and additional work
The selected Starter, Premium or Business package establishes the agreed starting scope. Pages, integrations, copywriting, photography, domain registration, hosting, maintenance, third-party subscriptions and other services should be confirmed in writing if they are not expressly included in the agreed brief. A preferred domain is a request, not a guarantee that the domain is available or already registered.
3. Payment choices and completion balance
- Full amount plan: the full package amount is agreed at the start. Pay 50% to begin the project and the remaining 50% after the website is completed and ready for final handover/publication.
- Installments plan: pay the first instalment (50% of the package total) to begin the project, then pay the remaining 50% after the website is completed and ready for final handover/publication.
Both options use a 50% initial payment and a 50% completion balance unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. The choice records the agreed payment arrangement; it does not change the server-calculated package price.
Checkout amounts are calculated from the saved package, market and payment plan on the server. A request is not marked paid merely because a customer returns to a success page; payment must be verified by the payment provider. If a payment is pending, failed or appears duplicated, check with support before paying again. The final balance must be settled before final handover or publication unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Customer responsibilities and approvals
The customer must supply accurate text, contacts, business location, logos, images, licences and approvals that are needed for the project, and must have permission to use them. The customer should review drafts and provide feedback in a reasonable time. Delays in receiving content or approvals may affect the delivery schedule. A requested launch date is not a guarantee unless confirmed in writing.
5. Copyright, ownership and licences
You retain rights to materials you own and provide, subject to any licences attached to them. You grant the service provider permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to create and support the requested website. You confirm that your supplied materials do not knowingly infringe another party’s rights.
Ownership, transfer of custom website deliverables, source files, domain registration, hosting credentials and any third-party components should be specified in the written project agreement. Open-source software, fonts, stock imagery, plugins and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licence terms. Do not assume that a paid website package transfers ownership of third-party assets or grants a licence broader than the original licence permits.
6. Domain, hosting, security and ongoing support
Domain names and hosting may involve third-party providers, availability limits, renewal fees and separate terms. Unless included in writing, domain purchase, hosting renewals, paid plugins, email hosting, ongoing maintenance and future feature changes may incur additional costs. The customer should maintain access to the business email and domain account used for registration and renewals.
Support covers the agreed project scope. Requests for new features, substantial redesigns or changes after approval may be treated as additional work and quoted separately. No software service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
7. Acceptable content and publication
The service provider may decline or pause work on content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringes intellectual property or lacks required permission. The customer is responsible for obtaining required business licences, professional approvals, privacy notices and permissions for the website’s intended use. Do not publish misleading claims or personal information without a lawful basis.
8. Privacy and communications
Information submitted with a request, including a voice note, is used to understand, deliver and support the website project. Access should be limited to authorised people working on the request. See the Molan Business Privacy Policy for broader information about the app. Avoid submitting confidential or highly sensitive data through the brief.
9. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Contact support promptly if you need to cancel, change scope or dispute a payment. Any refund, cancellation fee or treatment of work already completed should be assessed against the written project agreement, the work performed, the payment provider’s rules and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service changes. The version published at the time of request submission should be retained with the project record where practical. For a high-value or complex project, request a written agreement covering scope, timeline, ownership, hosting, maintenance and payment milestones.
